The Potato Hack – Part 2

Last Updated on September 15, 2024.This is where we see what happens when I go back to semi-paleo eating for a couple of days. I know a lot of my weight loss this past week was water weight, but how much? I don’t plan on eating sugar or grains (paleo style) but I do plan on having a bit of alcohol (wine) and I plan to eat … well, hard. I enjoy my food. Of course, that is part of my weight problem, so I plan to enjoy my food well for the next couple of days and then get back on the potato horse.
Part 2 – Day 1 Breakfast … lol.
Now THAT is a VLC Keto style breakfast … lol. Gotta get some carbs in there at some point.
